PRINTING MADE EASY
DTF and UV Printing
DTF (Direct to Film) Printing
DTF prints designs onto a special PET film using water-based inks. The print is coated with adhesive powder, cured and then heat-pressed onto the final product. Common applications: T-shirts, Hoodies, Hats, Tote bags, Sportswear, Uniforms Etc
UV Printing
UV printers use ultraviolet light to instantly cure ink as it’s printed directly onto a surface. The ink hardens immediately, bonding to the material. Common applications: Phone cases, Acrylic signs, Wood, metal, glass, Promotional items, Packaging and Industrial labeling
Stitching, Embroidery and Screen Printing
Stitching is the general process of joining fabrics or materials together using thread and a needle (by hand or machine). It’s the foundation of garment construction and finishing. Common applications: Sewing garments (shirts, pants, jackets), Hemming and seams, Decorative seam lines, Upholstery and accessories
Embroidery is a decorative technique where designs, logos, or text are stitched onto fabric using threads, often with computerized embroidery machines.
Common applications: Company logos on uniforms, Caps and hats, Jackets and hoodies, Towels and bags
Screen printing is a printing technique where ink is pushed through a mesh screen onto a surface (most commonly T-shirts, hoodies, posters, or fabric). A stencil blocks certain areas so ink only passes through the design. Common uses: Custom T-shirts & apparel, Posters & art prints, Stickers, tote bags, uniforms, Branding & merch production
